Due to the exclusive and limited-edition nature of our products, we currently do not offer refunds. However, we want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. Upon inspection and approval, we’ll process your replacement or issue a store credit.

Store Credit
Store credits never expire and can be used toward any future purchase. This gives you flexibility to choose something you absolutely love.
